In Home
Professional caregivers or trained volunteers provide in-home respite care. Respite workers offer part-time care for older adults who cannot stay home alone. This type of care can be provided as needed based on the needs of your loved one and you, the caregiver.
Services may include companionship, personal care, homemaking, or skilled care. While you are assured that your loved one is cared for, you will have time to pursue interests and activities outside the home, or simply rest. It is important to remember to take care of yourself too.
